1) Each permanent member of the team should confirm attendance by adding themselves to the calendar

2) If you are unable to make a match, then you must arrange a substitute with the aid of the Substitute details list to the left or your own connections.

3) If you fail to arrange a substitute then you must notify all other players and pay the same £5 match fee regardless. If you have arranged a substitute then nothing is payable.
